Samsung S22 Camera Will Offer Some Interesting Changes To The Previous Series

Samsung Galaxy S22 Camera

We expect the Samsung Galaxy S22 series as one of the best flagships in comparison to other models. It will be released in the 1st quarter of 2022 but we already have much information regarding its design and specs. Today we are here to share the camera specifications of the Galaxy S22 series.

No doubt the previous series that is Galaxy S21, and S21+ does not gain any improvement to Galaxy S20. They are available with a 12-MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 64-MP secondary sensor with an f/2.0 telephoto lens, and a 12-MP camera sensor with a 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens. However, Samsung S22 brings positive hopes.

Leaked Camera Specs of S22

As per the leaker @FrontTron. Galaxy S22 will have a triple camera set up with a 50 megapixels primary camera, 12 megapixels ultra-wide, and a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The same feature may also be in Galaxy S22+. As per the previous records. Vanilla S22 and S22 + will have these features while Galaxy S22 Ultra may house 200MP primary sensor.

Importantly. It is expected that the 50 MP camera sensor will be the ISOCELL GN2 that we saw in Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. ISOCELL GN2 is the largest camera sensor that produces brighter and sharper image qualities. Alongside, it will offer 4k video in low light and 8K in normal mode.

Past rumors state. Samsung may incorporate an under-display selfie shooter in Galaxy S22, but this idea was dropped due to the low picture quality. On the other hand. Samsung may collaborate with Japanese camera maker Olympus for developing the camera hardware for its future flagships.

Note that, all these are rumors and this information must be digested with a pinch of salt. We will update you as soon as we will get information from other official sources!
