Design and Display
After having a detailed look at the specifications of the Redmi K40 Pro, we went on the drawing board to rip down design details. When it comes to design, Redmi K40 Pro is nearly similar to Redmi K40. Stunning exclusive Damascus-pattern back with only 7.8 mm thickness and 196 g (6.91 oz) weight feels great in the hands.
We can say that Redmi has adjusted the cost with a side-mounted fingerprint instead of an AMOLED panel in-display fingerprint sensor. But that can not be a hindrance because both perform the same function. By far, the device provides a sophisticated and beautiful look or feel.
The phone provides vivid bright colors thanks to its 6.67 inches Super AMOLED panel (Samsung-made E4) and 120Hz refresh rate (with 360Hz touch sampling rate). You do not need to worry about scratches because it is shielded by Gorilla Glass 5. But it is always better to play safe so, make sure to put a case on because of plastic back.

In terms of camera, Redmi K40 Pro is a true flagship killer. The Main Camera of the phone features a 64 MP (wide) Sony IMX686 sensor, which we have chiefly observed in 2020 flagship devices. Along with that, two more lenses of 8 MP (ultrawide) and 5 MP (macro) are furnished with LED flash. Xiaomi Global.Â
Hence, the phone will provide amazing daytime shots with decent contrast. Even in the evening and nighttime shooting, the phone will render an excellent dynamic range. On the other hand, it has a 20 MP (wide) punch-hole selfie camera.
The device provides pretty stable videos and supports 4k 30fps on the primary sensor and 1080P 30fps video on an ultra-wide (8MP) camera. So, at this price segment, the phone has a pretty decent camera composition. Overall the camera performance would not disappoint you.
