Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 leaks, 8520 mAH Battery, Dimensity 1200

Xiaomi is all set to come back to the market with a new device. Leaks revealed that It is going to launch Mi Pad 5 series to directly compete with iPad Pro, Samsung tab series, and Huawei Mate Pad Pro tablets. For the strong competition, Xiaomi has equipped one of its Pad with dual 4260 mAh battery slots. This means that the device will have a cumulative 8520 mAh strong battery. And these dual battery slot slates are finally certified at 3C.

According to the leaks, Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series will consist of 2 devices. The first one vanilla My pad 5 and the second one mightier Mi pad 5 Pro. Moreover, Many leaks revealed the key specifications of the pro variant of Mi Pad 5. This device might launch with an OLED display having a 120 Hz fast refresh rate. Whereas, 240 Hz touch sampling rate is also expected. Leaks also suggest that it will have an In-Cell active pen technology. Furthermore, we also expect a WQXGA aspect ratio with 2560 x 1600 resolution. as per leaks, the Xiaomi Mi Pad Pro will be powered by Dimensity 1200 processor.

As far as regular Mi Pad 5 is concerned, it will have an LCD display. A snapdragon 870 processor will be powering up the regular model.

We have surprising rumours about the camera too. A leak suggested that there will be a triple camera setup like Mi 11 smartphone series. However, we are sceptical about one thing that consumers might not consider buying a tablet for a camera. Because when a smartphone can fulfil the need for a camera a bulkier pad would not be the right choice. No doubt, Xiaomi Mi 11 series camera specs are amazing. However, the idea of Mi Pad 5 with such camera specs is bizarre indicating towards waste of money.
