Hey there! Today I’m introducing you all to the best newly launched device of the Infinix series. Yes, it is Infinix zero 8i. It was officially announced on 3 December 2020. Here I’m discussing its all specifications in detail.

Colors and variants:

Infinix Zero 8i has three awesome colors including silver diamond, black diamond, and green diamond. And the device has a single variant.

Design and Feel:

Infinix zero a type is a tall smartphone. The device has a diamond-shaped camera module and the dimensions of the smartphone is 16 8.7×76.1× 9.1 mm( 6.64 x 3.00 x 0.36 inch). The mobile weighs about 210.5 grams. There is no waterproof option.

It contains dual sim, Nano sim, and dual stand by. Overall it has a medium appearance which feels good. It is not thick and curved sides make it comfortable to hold. Infinix has put the fingerprint scanner on the power button which is slowly becoming the norm these days even for Budget smartphones.

Camera:

When it comes to the camera the Infinix zero 8i comes with a quad rear camera setup where the primary camera has a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. There are a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor and other all sensors. Besides this, it has a Quad-LED flash which helps to capture moments even in darkness.

Other features include HDR and panorama. Its video quality is about 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60fps, and is gyro-EIS. On the front, we see a 16-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. It also contains dual-LED flash with HDR features. The video quality of the selfie camera is 4K@30fps, 1080p@30/60fps. In short, its camera is a good one.

Display:

The smartphone features a 6.85 inch full HD plus display with dual-hole punch cutouts and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The display type is IPS LCD (480 nits). The aspect ratio is 20.5:9. The display is set to 90 Hz by default but you have the option to switch it to 60 Hertz aur set it to auto. The screen to body ratio is approximately 86.8 %. The resolution of the display is 1080 × 2460 pixels and approximately 392 ppi density.

Hardware:

The device is powered by MediaTek helio G90T powerful processor. The most interesting thing is that Infinix has paired it with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a micro SD card up to 256 GB with the dedicated slot. Helio G90T is a gaming processor and the Infinix claims that it has used liquid cooling to keep thermals in check. The device has a non-removable battery of  Li-Po 4500 mAh and has fast charging of 33W.

Software and performance:

The Infinix zero 8i runs on XOS 7 and based on Android 10. Connectivity options of the Infinix 8i includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. Sensors of the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. CPU of the device is Octa-core (2×2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55). Overall it has good performance and best gaming mobile phone.

Direct competitors:

Infinix zero 8i has many competitors like Vivo Y51 A, it has the same storage and same camera pixels but the price is more than Infinix zero 8i. Its other competitor is Vivo Y31 and Vivo Y51, Y31 has less memory but  Y51 has same memory but both have priced a little bit more than Infinix zero 8i.

Besides the Vivo series, Samsung Galaxy M31 prime is its other competitor whose camera is 64 megapixel but price a little more than Infinix. Overall Infinix zero 8i is a budget mobile but you can check its other competitors also on our website.

Verdict:

In the end, I would like to say that the device has a massive display size with good looking design. The most amazing feature is its 33W fast charging support. And the other Specification like a 90 Hz screen refresh rate but it has a complicated UI having average cameras and there is no secondary noise-canceling microphone. Now the choice is yours if you like these specifications you can buy it otherwise you can check its other competitors on our website.
