A few days back Samsung proclaimed a Galaxy A series mid-range phone and a Quantum cryptography chipset in South Korea. Even Before the Galaxy debut in South Korea. Leaks suggest that Samsung is also working on the 5G variant of Galaxy A82. The Galaxy A82 5G will launch specifically for the international market.
Samsung hasn’t officially announced Galaxy A82 5G variant. However, the leak was confirmed because Samsung included the Galaxy A82 5G variant accidentally to its security updates webpage. The handset was under the list of models desirable for quarterly updates. As we know that Samsung updates Galaxy A52 and A72 monthly. So, It looks very unusual that Samsung has kept the Galaxy A82 5G on the quarterly security update list.
A recent video of Samsung A82 5G was leaked by Max Weinbach on his Twitter handle. The caption of the video is “Samsung Galaxy A82 5G, the worst-kept Samsung A series secret”. The surfacing of video alongside security updates suggests that the launch is sooner than expected.
Although the video doesn’t reveal any specifications, few deductions could be made. The video brags about the presence of a large battery. A quantum leap and water resistance rating. Moreover, like all Samsung models, through some striking visuals, Samsung is giving a hint at awesome cameras.
We also don know the release date of the handset. However, if Samsung has included it into its quarterly security update list then release is not far. The handset might launch shortly, probably in the coming weeks. According to the leaks, the handset’s features will be identical to Galaxy Quantum 2. Though there could be few upgrades too.
Let’s get to know the galaxy Quantum 2. Surprisingly Samsung featured the Quantum 2 with an older Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Whereas the other specifications were quite good. The handset has a 6.7 inch AMOLED display with QHD resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
